SRL:n ylimääräinen kokous 17.12.2022

Tervetuloa Suomen Rugbyliiton ylimääräiseen kokoukseen lauantaina 17.12.2022 klo 12:00. Kokous järjestetään etäkokouksena Google Meet:n välityksellä.
Kokouksessa käsitellään vuoden 2023 budjetti sekä valitaan uusia hallituksen jäseniä.
Muistutuksena, että kokouksessa valitaan myös uusia rugbyliiton hallituksen jäseniä; valitaan 1-2 hallituksen jäsentä kaudelle 2023-2024 sekä 0-2 hallituksen jäsentä kaudelle 2022-2023. Kannustamme seuroja mainostamaan mahdollisuutta jäsenilleen sekä hallituspaikoista kiinnostuneita henkilöitä lähettämään CV:nsä ja/tai hakemuksensa etukäteen secretary@finland.rugby -osoitteeseen, jotta ne voidaan jakaa seuroille ennen kokousta tutustumista varten, mutta ehdolle voi asettua myös vasta kokouksessa. On äärimmäisen tärkeää, että vielä ainakin yksi jäsen saadaan valittua hallitukseen kaudelle 2023-24, jotta hallituksen päätösvaltaisuus säilyy.

Welcome to the SRL's Extra General Meeting on Saturday December 17th 2022 at 12:00. The meeting is held online via Google Meet.
The meeting handles the 2023 budget and new board members are elected.
As a reminder, we will elect 1-2 board members for term 2023-2024 and 0-2 board members for term 2022-2023 in the meeting. We encourage clubs to forward word of this opportunity to your members and people who are interested in board positions to send in their applications before the meeting to secretary@finland.rugby, so they can be shared to the attending clubs before the meeting, but it is also possible to stand for election to the board in the meeting. It is extremely important that at least one more member is elected to the board for the term 2023-24 in order to maintain the quorum of the board.
